Tap and tally — the quoting and invoicing system built for the tools. Walk the job, tap what it needs, and the total climbs as you go. Materials, labour, VAT and CIS worked out properly. No spreadsheet, no evening admin.

How a job goes

Tap it out.
Send it. Get paid.

Four steps, one phone, and you're in the pub while everyone else is still typing up quotes at the kitchen table.

  1. 1

    Tap what the job needs

Big tiles, one tap each. The total climbs at the bottom of the screen as you walk round, so you always know where you are.

  2. 2

    Send it there and then

Straight into WhatsApp or email as a proper PDF, on your branding, before you've left the drive.

  3. 3

    One tap to invoice

They say yes, you convert the quote — everything carries across and the next invoice number is issued. Record part-payments as they land.

  4. 4

    Knock off

No evening spent on paperwork. That's the whole point.

Trade to trade

CIS and VAT,
already sorted

Working for another contractor? Flick two switches and the paperwork comes out right — the deduction off the labour, and the VAT handled the way HMRC wants it. No looking it up, no ringing the accountant on a Friday.

One tap: CIS

The deduction comes off labour only and never off materials, worked out from the lines themselves. 20% verified, 30% unverified, 0% on gross status — and it's taken on the VAT-exclusive figure, which is the bit that catches people out.

One tap: reverse charge

On CIS work between two VAT-registered businesses you don't charge the VAT at all — the customer accounts for it. The invoice still shows the rate and carries the wording HMRC asks for. Off for householders, where it doesn't apply.

Subcontract invoice to a main contractor
Labour£1,440.00
Materials£340.80
Subtotal£1,780.80
VAT 20% — reverse charge, they account for it£356.16
CIS 20% — labour only−£288.00
Amount payable£1,492.80

Rates and treatment per HMRC's Construction Industry Scheme guidance. It does the arithmetic exactly as HMRC sets it out — it isn't tax advice, and your accountant is still the one to ask about your own situation.

What you get

Everything, none of the faff

Your trade, your prices

Pick your trade and get the right categories from the off. Every material at what you actually pay, with your markup on top. Import your merchant invoice and the whole list is yours in a minute.

Send how you already send

WhatsApp, email, or a link they can open on any phone. The PDF goes as a proper attachment, not a screenshot.

Chases itself

Part-payments, balances and overdue days tracked on their own. You can see who owes you what the moment you open it.

Works with no signal

Price the whole job at the back of a house with no bars. It saves to the phone and syncs when you're back in the van.

Your books stay yours

Every account is sealed off from every other. Your prices, your clients and your margins are yours alone.

Hand it to the accountant

Export the lot to a spreadsheet, or every PDF in one zip, filtered by tax year. Takes about four seconds.

Invite only, for now
